About NOMADS

NOMADS is a culinary journey of discovery, where flavors from all over the world come together in the heart of Amsterdam-East. Since its founding in 2018, NOMADS has been dedicated to uncovering hidden culinary gems and sharing these experiences with our guests.

Since March 2025, NOMADS has been led by Bram Wouters, with an unwavering commitment to its adventurous spirit. Once a year, we set off in search of unique flavors, local ingredients, and authentic dishes. With a backpack full of inspiration, we return to create a new menu that transports you to another corner of the world.

Every 6 to 9 months, we present a completely new menu based on our latest discoveries. In between, we switch out several dishes as well, so you can always explore new flavors. Each dish tells a story, and our team is eager to share these stories with you. Step inside, taste, and travel with us — without ever leaving your seat.
